Understand why maternal mental health is a public health imperative.
Recognize the continuum of perinatal mood disorders and how they affect the birthing family.

Engage in meaningful dialogue around perinatal mental health.
Reflect on how to hold space for and support new birthing parents in your organization/community.
Identify ways their organization will be able to support the social-emotional health of new parents and the growth and development of their infants and children.
